Shamanic Healing

A 1:1 shamanic healing session allows you time and space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
 

Life often leaves imprints—through trauma, or impactful experiences we have not fully processed.

 

These imprints can cause discomfort and disease in the body, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, out of balance and in some cases, unable to function.

 

Living in perpetual cycles of pain and suffering is no longer an uncommon story, but we can transmute the narrative.

You are not alone and there are many healing modalities out there.

 

Shamanism is one of them.

 

I work closely with the drum, rattles, voice, breath, and spirit-led guidance, to help you gently uncover what is ready to be seen, released, or transformed.

 

Shamanic healing is not about fixing you—it’s about remembering the wholeness that resides within you.

 

Each session is unique, guided by your needs in the moment.

 

Some people experience a deep rest, lightness or clarity during a session. Others have deep realisations regarding their own limitations and uncover new possibilities.

 

My role is simply to hold a safe, grounded space where you can meet yourself with compassion and allow healing to unfold naturally.

Talking Therapy

Sometimes all we need is to be heard.

 

Spiritual counselling offers a gentle, non-judgemental space where you can speak openly about whatever you are moving through—life transitions such as divorce

or separation, death, disease and psychosis.

 

Whether it is pain or suffering that brings up feelings of grief, anxiety, or confusion, the quiet disconnect relative to childhood trauma or patterns in relational dynamics, everything and every part of you is welcome here.

Together, we explore your experiences with compassion and curiosity, inviting not only the mind but also the heart and spirit into the conversation. This is not about analysis or diagnosis; it is about presence, deep listening, and discovering the wisdom that already lives within you.

Through dialogue, reflection, and simple grounding practices, talking therapy can help you unveil clarity, release emotional weight, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and direction. It can also stand alone, or weave alongside shamanic healing, supporting deeper integration.

Sound Journeying
& Ceremonies

A shamanic sound journey is an invitation to travel inward, guided by the ancient rhythms of the drum, gong, rattle, and voice. These sounds are not just for relaxation—they are portals that open the way to altered states of awareness, where insight, release, and healing can unfold.

 

In this safe, held space, the vibrations of sound support you in moving beyond the surface of the mind and into deeper layers of being. Here, you may meet abandoned parts of yourself, release what no longer serves, or simply

rest in the presence of spirit.

 

Every journey is unique, and what arises is shaped by Divine will, your willingness, and intention. My role is to hold the container with compassion, allowing the sound to express itself guiding you back to your own inner wisdom.
